Van Wagoner Companies, Inc. was founded by Paul Van Wagoner in 1939 to underwrite Oilfield and Inland Marine Insurance for Lloyds of London and Other Insurance Companies. We are the oldest operating Surplus Lines Broker and MGA in Texas We deal with Insurance Agents, Brokers, General Agents and Surplus Line Brokers in the United States, Canada and Central America. On January 1st 2005 Van Wagoner Companies, Inc. was sold to Chesterfield USA Holdings, Inc. Chesterfield USA Holdings, Inc. is owned by Chesterfield Group of London, England.
